Onsite Clinic Services

Background

The Indiana Department of Administration, on behalf of the Indiana State Personnel Department (SPD), is seeking proposals for Onsite Clinic Services. The goal is to provide accessible, high-quality primary and preventive care to employees at the Indiana Government Center, supporting organizational health goals and improving overall well-being and productivity.

Work Details

The selected vendor will provide a range of onsite medical services including:

Preventive Care

- Immunizations & Injections (excluding flu shots)

Health and Nutrition Coaching

- Coordination with State Population Health Management programs - Lab tests - Immediate/Acute care

Behavioral Health Services

- Face-to-Face Counseling Services billable through the EAP. The vendor must also manage staffing which includes hiring appropriately credentialed clinical and administrative staff such as Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses or Medical Assistants, and a Clinic Manager. The vendor is responsible for day-to-day management of the clinic during operating hours (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday) and must ensure compliance with clinical quality standards and state regulations.

Period of Performance

The contract term is for six (6) years from the date of execution with two (2) optional one-year renewals available at the State's discretion.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Health and Wellness Clinic located in Room W041 in the basement of the Indiana Government Center South at 402 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be registered with the Indiana Department of Administration's Procurement Division. They are required to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations relevant to onsite clinical operations including licensing laws and privacy requirements. Additionally, vendors must submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to access certain security frameworks.
