Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid for Checkmk Software. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with the specified software and support services.

Work Details

The contract includes the following items: 1) Checkmk Break/Fix Support for Checkmk Pro; 2) Checkmk Pro 270K Subscription; 3) Checkmk Virtual Appliance Annual Software Subscription. The quantities are as follows: 1 each for Checkmk Break/Fix Support, 1 each for Checkmk Pro 270K Subscription, and 1 each for Checkmk Virtual Appliance Annual Software Subscription. All items must meet or exceed the required specifications as written in the bid invitation.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract is from June 8, 2026, to June 8, 2027.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. Prior to bid award, vendors shall have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property. The successful vendor must also provide warranty coverage for all equipment/items awarded for a period of not less than one year or the manufacturer’s standard period, whichever is greater.
