Ticketing Services for the Graham Park Exhibition Center

Background

Olmsted County is seeking qualified and experienced ticketing service providers to deliver an exclusive, enterprise-level ticketing platform and related services for the Graham Park Exhibition Center. This facility is owned by Olmsted County and managed by Oak View Group (OVG). The goal of this contract is to enhance the ticketing experience for events held at the center.

Work Details

The selected contractor will provide an enterprise-level ticketing platform that includes: 1) Ticket sales management; 2) Customer relationship management; 3) Event scheduling and management; 4) Reporting and analytics tools; 5) Integration with existing systems; 6) Customer support services. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable federal accessibility requirements, specifically conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue for a period defined in the proposal, typically spanning several months to years depending on the terms agreed upon.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at the Graham Park Exhibition Center located in Rochester, Minnesota.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must acknowledge that they are not debarred by the State of Minnesota. They must also comply with digital accessibility standards as outlined in federal regulations. Additionally, bidders are required to submit both a technical proposal and a cost proposal as part of their response.
