Background The contract is issued by the Readjustment Counseling Service (RCS) for a Vet Center located in El Paso, Texas. The mission of the RCS is to provide counseling and support services to veterans and their families. The goal of this contract is to secure a fully serviced lease that meets the specific space and operational requirements of the Vet Center. Work Details The Lessor shall provide all materials, parts, and labor necessary to complete the space and room requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The lease will be fully serviced, including: 1. Utilities; 2. Janitorial services; 3. Basic cable service including local channels in the waiting area and three group rooms; 4. Guest business high-speed internet Wi-Fi; 5. Security and CCTV system monitoring and maintenance, including software/hardware updates; 6. Quarterly testing of the security system with reports sent to the VA. Additionally, space design must maximize co-location of staff offices and group rooms as per RLP Exhibit, Space Requirements.
