Background The Army Sustainment Command (ASC) is issuing this contract to provide Laundry/Linen Services to training organizations at Fort Gordon. The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient and effective laundry services that comply with Army regulations and meet the needs of the Fort Gordon community. Work Details The contractor shall provide comprehensive laundry services including labor, supervision, vehicle transportation for pickup and delivery, facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary for bulk and piece rate customer support at Fort Gordon. Specific tasks include: 1. Scheduling and managing operations to maximize responsiveness and efficiency. 2. Receiving, accounting for, processing, and returning articles tendered for laundry. 3. Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Department of Health regulations. 4. Using bio-based laundry cleaning products where possible without compromising quality. 5. Maintaining accountability for linens submitted for service and providing services only to authorized customers. 6. Completing pick-up and laundering of linen items from specified barracks buildings within a 5-working day turnaround time. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from June 8, 2026, to July 7, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Fort Gordon, Georgia.
