The goal of this contract is to facilitate the movement of fitness equipment from Halsey Field House to Macdonough Hall, ensuring that the equipment is relocated safely and efficiently. Work Details The contractor will provide relocation services including: - Moving weight and cardio equipment from Halsey Field House (52 King George Street, Annapolis, MD 21402) to Macdonough Hall (102 Holloway Road, Annapolis, MD 21402). - All weight equipment will be relocated to the first floor and all cardio equipment to the second floor of Macdonough Hall. - Provision of all necessary packing materials such as boxes, crates, sealing tape, padding material, and moving equipment. - Establishing an inventory and tracking system for all items moved with pre-move and post-move sign-offs by a government representative. - Conducting walk-through inspections of both locations prior to the move to document any preexisting damages. - Providing a project manager for oversight during the relocation process. - Ensuring protection of building materials during the move and using appropriate moving equipment rated for indoor use.
