Work Details The contractor is required to perform the following tasks: 1) Conduct annual haulout, heavy maintenance, and repairs on the NOAA Research Vessel Storm Petrel, hull number R5201. 2) All work must be performed at the contractor's facility located within a 65-statute mile radius of Port Angeles, WA. 3) The contractor will accept full responsibility for the safety of the vessel upon its arrival at their facility, including fire protection and security. 4) Coordination of work schedules is essential to avoid delays; all necessary facilities, labor, materials, tools, and services must be provided by the contractor. 5) If defects or damage unrelated to defined work tasks are discovered, a Condition Found Report (CFR) must be submitted for approval before any additional work can commence. 6) All work must meet or exceed current requirements set by ABYC and USCG applicable to this type of vessel. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from June 8, 2026, to December 7, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the contractor's facility located within a 65-statute mile radius of Port Angeles, WA.
