Statewide Fire - Alarm Security Services

Background

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Office of the Military (OM) and the Nevada Department of Adjutant General and National Guard (ADG), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Statewide Fire - Alarm Security Services. The agency oversees military operations and ensures safety and security during emergencies, disasters, and civil disturbances. The goal of this contract is to fulfill installation, repair, or maintenance needs for building fire and alarm security services across various locations in Nevada.

Work Details

The contractor shall provide installation, repair, or maintenance services for fire and alarm security systems in specified facilities across Northern, Central, and Southern regions of Nevada. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to effectively fulfill all requirements outlined in the Scope of Work. Proposals must cover all facility locations within each selected region entirely; partial coverage will not be accepted. Specific locations include Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno (including Stead area), Carson City, and Elko (including Carlin area). Vendors are required to submit a cost proposal itemizing pricing for each facility location separately.

Period of Performance

The initial contract term is anticipated to be four years starting from September 08, 2026, subject to Board of Examiners' approval. There is an option to renew for one two-year extension or two one-year extensions if agreed upon by the vendor(s) and deemed in the best interest of the State.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at various locations throughout the State of Nevada including but not limited to Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno (Stead area), Carson City, and Elko (Carlin area).

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be registered at nevadaepro.com with information matching their Nevada business license and SAM.gov entity registration. Vendors must hold a state business license prior to contract execution unless exempted. They must also have an active entity registration in SAM.gov before contract award. The awarded vendor will be solely responsible for all contractual obligations and must ensure that any subcontractors comply with mandatory minimum requirements.
