Establishing a STEM education program that introduces JROTC cadets to scientific, technology, and engineering career opportunities. 2. Providing facilities including three ballrooms for classrooms, two operations centers, one medical nurse office, two storage facilities, one cafeteria with stage and audio-visual equipment, and separate dormitories for male and female cadets. 3. Ensuring all facilities have running water, electricity, heating and air conditioning. 4. Supplying furniture, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, and labor necessary for lodging accommodations and meals for approximately 190 personnel initially and 220 on the sixth day. 5. Delivering equipment on May 26 and setting up on May 27; conducting professional development sessions on May 28-29; with actual camp dates from May 31 to June 5. 6.
