Work Details
The contractor will provide ongoing operational support, routine maintenance, and 24/7 help desk services for the Smart Roadways Traffic Slowdown Alerts software. The contractor must have knowledge of the proprietary SRIS software installed in 2009, ensure compatibility with existing systems, and support current configurations at New Mexico Ports of Entry without requiring replacement or redesign. Additionally, the contractor must maintain compatibility with existing hardware and infrastructure used by DPS. Drivewyze is identified as the only source capable of providing these services due to its proprietary control over the SRIS software and unique technical capabilities.
Period of Performance
The term of the prospective contract is 120 months.
