Summary

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12363N26Q4011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The objectives of this project are to increase forest health and vigor, diminish tree competition and mortality, and reduce hazardous fuels to reduce the threat of catastrophic wildfire. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
