Cheese, Cheddar, U.S. Grade AA or A - 800 LB - Specifications: CID-A-A-20208C, Type I, Style D - Shredded, frozen (5 lb) box. 2. Cheese, Mozzarella, Low-moisture Part-skim - 800 LB - Specifications: CID-A-A-20248C, Type I. 3. Cheese, Parmesan or Parmesan and Romano Mixed, Grated - 15 CS (12-1 lb containers per case). 4. Butter Bulk - 400 LB - Specifications: U.S. Grade AA, A, or B; made from milk or cream containing not less than 80% milkfat. 5. Butter Reddies - 27,900 EA (90 patties per lb on paper chips). 6. Margarine, Bulk, All Vegetable - 180 LB. 7. Eggs, Shell, Whole, Fresh, U.S. Grade A - 15 Dozen per case. 8. Beans, Dry, Black Beans - 2,500 LB. 9. Rice, U.S. Grade 1 or 2 Long Grain MILLED Rice - 10,000 LB. 10. Pasta (Macaroni and Spaghetti) - Various quantities specified. 11. Flour (All Purpose) - 2,500 LB. 12.
