Background

The County of Middlesex, through its Department of Community Services, Division of Housing, Community Development and Social Services, seeks to engage qualified vendors for the provision of First-time Homebuyer Training and American Dream Down Payment Program (ADDI) Application Processing. This initiative aims to assist eligible residents of Middlesex County in navigating the home buying process and accessing financial support.

Work Details

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive First-time Homebuyer Training sessions that cover essential topics such as budgeting, credit management, mortgage options, and the home buying process. Additionally, the vendor will facilitate the application processing for the American Dream Down Payment Initiative (ADDI), which includes assisting eligible applicants in completing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with program requirements. The vendor must also provide counseling services to guide participants through their home buying journey.
