New Boston Space Force Station (NBSFS) operates a mixed environment of physical and virtual servers across its NIPRNET and SIPRNET enclaves. A significant portion of this server infrastructure is at or near its end-of-life (EOL) and end-of-service (EOS), creating substantial risks to mission operations, cybersecurity posture, and system reliability. To address these deficiencies and align with Department of the Air Force Instruction (AFI) 17-140, which mandates industry best practices for hardware refresh cycles, NBSFS requires a comprehensive modernization of its server and services infrastructure. This Scope of Work details the requirements for a contractor to execute a full lifecycle, turnkey project to survey, design, procure, install, configure, and operationalize a new server solution. The objective of this RFI is to solicit Letters of Interest (LOI) from potential contractors that can complete the work outlined in the RFI Notice. Letters of Interest are due on or before 1:00 PM ET, 1 June 2026 and must be sumitted to the Contracting Officer Kristin Morrison (kristin.morrison.1@us.af.mil)
