Outside Legal Services for Litigation on Old RCPD Gun Range

Riley County is currently embroiled in litigation concerning the old RCPD Gun Range, which has required the services of outside legal counsel. The litigation is anticipated to be completed by February 2027, assuming no appeals take place.
