Background The National Park Service (NPS), Alaska Regional Office, is issuing this solicitation for an Oil Spill Preparedness Training Course and Video. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive training and resources for oil spill preparedness specifically tailored for the Alaskan National Park Region and beyond. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses only, with the intent to award a firm fixed price contract as a result of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P9726Q0036. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for delivering the following services: 1. Marine Oil Spill Response Training Course (Base Item) 2. Video Media Production (Option 1) The tasks involved in the training course include: - Task 1a: Post-award Coordination Meeting - 5% of Base Item value. - Task 1b: Preliminary Material Storyboard Development - 45% of Base Item value. - Task 2: Script/Narrative Development - 20% of Base Item value. - Task 3: Coordinate Partner Review/Address Feedback - 20% of Base Item value. - Approval of Final Full Base Item Submittal - final 10% of Base Item value. For the video production, the tasks include: - Task 4: Video Production and Product Submitted - 80% of Option value. - Approval of Final Video Option Submittal - final 20% of Option value.
