Background

Specific tasks include: - Application of one to three coats of paint systems for apartments ranging from 1 to 9 rooms, with duplex options available. - Application of intumescent FRP and two coats of FRP top coat in stairways and public hall levels. - Application of silicate coating in enclosed stairwell spaces. - Compliance with NYCHA's requirements for the apprenticeship program, requiring enrollment of Authority residents as apprentices based on the contract value.
