The City of St. Petersburg is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver two (2) Hali-Brite Lighted LED X Runway Closure Markers with Covers to the Albert Whitted Airport. This procurement is part of the City’s efforts to enhance airport safety and operational efficiency.

Work Details

The vendor shall provide two (2) Hali-Brite Lighted LED X Runway Closure Markers with Covers, which must meet the following specifications: - Compliance with FAA Advisory Circular AC 150/5345-55A standards for design, lighting, visibility, intensity, and power. - Powered by diesel fuel engines. - Each marker must include a minimum of 13 LED lights. - Capable of continuous operation for at least 140 hours. - Delivered with a protective cover. - Delivery location: 107 8th Ave SE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. Additionally, the vendor must provide a two (2) year warranty for the markers.

Period of Performance

This is a one-time purchase with delivery expected upon completion of the order.

Delivery will be made to 107 8th Ave SE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must have a minimum of three years of experience in providing airport runway equipment and must be able to obtain the minimum insurance requirements set forth in the agreement.
