Aviation Tech Park - Phase II

Background

The Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport Commission is seeking bids for the Aviation Tech Park - Phase II - Bid Package 1 project. The mission of the Commission is to enhance the airport's infrastructure to support regional economic development and improve aviation services. This contract aims to expand the commercial apron, construct a service road, install a new airfield security fence, and modify stormwater basins.

Work Details

The work includes: 1) A 100-foot expansion of the commercial apron; 2) Construction of a service road; 3) Installation of a new airfield security fence; 4) Modifications to stormwater basins. All labor, materials, and equipment necessary for these tasks must be provided by the contractor.
