The Purchasing Solutions Alliance (PSA), a nationwide non-profit cooperative purchasing program of the Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide office supplies and related services to its members. Work Details

The contractor will provide a range of office supplies and related services as needed by PSA members. The contract will be effective from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with options for two one-year extensions. The contractor agrees to sell office supplies and related services through the PSA Contract to participating governmental agencies (END USERS). The complete agreement includes various exhibits detailing pricing, contractor responses, certifications, and contractual requirements.

They are also required to maintain a drug-free workplace and comply with all applicable laws.
