Technical Rescue Supplies

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for Technical Rescue Supplies. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with specific items as detailed in the Offer section. This contract aims to ensure that the state has access to necessary rescue supplies for emergency services.

Work Details

The successful vendor will provide the following items: - 34 each of Princeton Tech HEADLAMP, EOA II BLK (SKU: 130625) - 34 each of Atom Global VISOR, SUPER PLASMA, CLEAR (SKU: 346415) - 4 each of Atom Global HARNESS, LARGE (SKU: 202125) - 4 each of Atom Global HARNESS, MEDIUM (SKU: 202124) - 100 each of CMC CARBINER, PS LOCK BRT HELMET, SUPER PLASMA HI-VIZ (SKU: 300221-01) - 24 each of CMC WHT (SKU: 346220-01). The delivery must comply with specifications and include material safety data sheets as required by RSA 277-A.

Period of Performance

The delivery of items is required within 45 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to the New Hampshire Fire Standard, Training and EMS located at 98 Smokey Bear Blvd, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. Vendors are also required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
