Snow Plow Blades

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for snow plow blades. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with the specified items, ensuring compliance with the requirements outlined in the bid invitation.

Work Details

The successful vendor will provide snow plow blades that meet or exceed the specifications outlined in Attachment 2 of the bid invitation. This includes various types such as rigid carbide blades, flex blades, and adaptor blades. Vendors are required to submit samples alongside their bid submission to be considered for an award. The specifications also include warranty requirements, mandating that all equipment/items awarded must be warranted for a minimum period of one year or the manufacturer's standard period, whichever is greater. Additionally, vendors must provide material safety data sheets for any products covered by RSA 277-A, the 'Worker’s Right to Know Act.'

Period of Performance

Delivery of items is required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Deliveries will be made to various locations across New Hampshire, including but not limited to: - NHDOT District 1 - Patrol Shed 107 in Whitefield

District 5 Patrol Shed in Bedford

- District 6 Patrol Shed in Lee.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor shall also comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, vendors must not have been convicted of or pleaded guilty to certain violations related to bidding practices within the past two years.
