Sussex Technical School District

- Woodbridge School District. Vendors must submit bids that include pricing and product offerings as specified in Appendices A1 (Pricing), A2 (Category Discount), and A3 (Product Offering). All items delivered must match the specifications provided in the bid unless otherwise approved by the procuring LEA.

Period of Performance

The contract period will be valid for one year from July 15, 2026 through July 14, 2027. There is an option for four additional one-year extensions through negotiation between the contractor and the Caesar Rodney School District.

Place of Performance

The services and products will be delivered to various locations within the Caesar Rodney School District and other participating LEAs in Delaware as specified in individual purchase orders.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide proof of State of Delaware Business Licensure prior to receiving an award. Additionally, vendors are required to report on participation by Diversity Suppliers including minority-owned (MBE), woman-owned (WBE), veteran-owned business (VOBE), or service-disabled veteran-owned business (SDVOBE). The Bid Bond and Performance Bond requirements have been waived for this solicitation.
