Rolling Doors - DOA

Background

The Louisiana Division of Administration (DOA) is seeking bids for the furnish and installation of seven rolling steel service doors with gearhead electric openers. This solicitation is issued by the Office of State Procurement, which aims to procure necessary services and products to support state operations.

Work Details

The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to furnish and install seven rolling steel service doors with gearhead electric openers as per the specifications outlined in Attachment C. The installation will take place at the Default Storage Location, 1635 Foss Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. A mandatory jobsite visit is required prior to bid submission, and a Jobsite Verification Form must be included in the bid submission.

Period of Performance

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered in the LaGov vendor system. A Contractor's License Number in appropriate classifications such as Building Construction or Carpentry must appear on the bid envelope for projects valued at $50,000 or more. A bid security of 5% of the total bid amount is required for bids over $50,000. Bidders must also comply with all applicable federal and state laws regarding civil rights and accessibility.
