Description: Contractor shall furnish and install new packaged rooftop HVAC units to replace the existing units serving the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Administrative, Medical, and Dental Clinics. Work Details The contractor shall furnish and install new packaged rooftop HVAC units to replace the existing units serving the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Administrative, Medical, and Dental Clinics. The replacement units for the Admin and Medical buildings shall be commercial-grade packaged gas/electric rooftop units with a nominal cooling capacity of 4 tons, matching the existing equipment capacities and building loads. The Dental building's replacement units shall also match existing specifications. All new units must be compatible with existing utilities, duct connections, gas lines, electrical service, and roof/structural load capacities.
