Transmission ROW Clearing L3516

Background

Lincoln Electric System (LES) is seeking bids for the Transmission ROW Clearing project L3516. The goal of this contract is to ensure the clearance of transmission lines as per LES specifications, which is crucial for maintaining the integrity and safety of electrical transmission infrastructure. The successful bidder will enter into a Standard Services Contract with LES, a division of the City of Lincoln, Nebraska.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to clear transmission lines L3516 according to LES specifications. This includes: 1. Completing all work as specified in the contract documents; 2. Furnishing proof of insurance with specified coverage; 3. Providing a performance and labor/material payment bond from a licensed surety; 4. Returning a completed Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. The work must be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and include all necessary supervision and equipment.

Period of Performance

Bidder Requirements
