26-64-SPS Lease at Salem High School for Child Care

The City of Salem, Massachusetts, is offering a two-year lease for space at Salem High School to host a childcare organization. Work Details

The lease includes the following spaces: rooms 118, 119, 120, 121, 124, 125, and 237 D, F, G. Additionally, there is one gang style restroom and an outside playspace. The selected proposer must provide a detailed description of the intended use of the space and negotiate any necessary renovations. Janitorial services are included at a fee of $100 per month. Proposers must also comply with various requirements such as maintaining active EEC licensure and implementing the SPS PreK curriculum.

Period of Performance

The lease will commence on October 1, 2026, for an initial term of two years.

Bidder Requirements

Proposers must demonstrate at least three years of experience operating a similar organization and provide evidence of $1 million property and casualty insurance naming the City of Salem as the insured. They must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
