Key functionalities include: - Analyzing employee compensation across various demographics including job classifications, departments, genders, and races/ethnicities. - Generating visual dashboards and customizable reports that highlight areas of pay disparity and potential risks. - Offering decision-support features that recommend remediation strategies based on analytical results while considering budget constraints. - Supporting both annual and ad hoc analyses as well as analyses at the time of hire. - Delivering a phased implementation plan including setup, testing, user training, and go-live support by December 31, 2026. - Ensuring integration with existing HRMS (PeopleSoft) for seamless data importation. - Providing ongoing training for HR administrators and analysts on system use and analytics interpretation.
