Background The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is a major component of the Naval Sea Systems Command, providing comprehensive support for technical products related to surface and undersea platforms. The mission of the Carderock Division includes applied maritime science and technology, addressing all technical aspects of improving the performance of military vessels and logistics systems. This contract aims to provide mission support services, specifically routine maintenance, inspections, and certifications for critical facilities and structures at NSWCCD in Bethesda, Maryland. Work Details The Contractor will be responsible for: 1. Providing all supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools necessary for preventative maintenance, inspection, and repairs for systems and equipment within mission-critical buildings. 2. Completing necessary equipment and facilities certifications as required. 3. Receiving service tickets through the service desk and requesting additional resources as needed. 4. Confirming operational readiness and conducting performance tests of all mission-critical systems to prevent failures. 5. Supporting the Base during natural or man-made disasters. The Contractor must adhere to established standards in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and ensure that critical mission systems remain operational. Period of Performance The period of performance for this task order is 12 months from the date of award with options for subsequent years. Place of Performance All work will be performed at NSWCCD sites in Bethesda, Maryland.
