Managed Print and Copier Services

Background

The George County School District (GCSD), located in Lucedale, is seeking quotations for Managed Print and Copier Services to support their operational needs. The goal of this contract is to provide a comprehensive managed service for a fleet of multi-function copiers and printers across various locations within the district.

Work Details

The selected vendor will be responsible for the lease or rental and ongoing managed service of a multi-function copier and printer fleet consisting of 128 devices across 14 locations. Responsibilities include: - Equipment supply, delivery, and installation - Operator training - Preventive maintenance and on-call service - Provision of toner and consumable supplies - Ongoing fleet management throughout the contract.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective until June 5, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at various locations within the George County School District in Lucedale, Mississippi.
