Background

The NASPO ValuePoint Request for Proposal (RFP) for Mailing and Shipping Equipment, Technology, Maintenance, and Related Solutions is issued by the State of Arizona in collaboration with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. The purpose of this RFP is to establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders to provide a comprehensive array of mailing and shipping solutions that can benefit various state and local government entities. The goal is to achieve better pricing through collective purchasing power.

Envelope Addressing Systems (Ink Jet - Low, Medium, High Volume, Production) 10. Tabbers (Low, Medium, High Volume, Production) 11. Check Imprinting/Endorsing 12. Pressure Sealing (Production) 13. Bursting Equipment (Production) 14. Pre-Sorting Equipment (Production) 15. Extractors 16. Smart Lockers 17. Mailing Furniture (General) 18. Accessories 19. Software (License and Subscription) 20. Software Integration 21. Training 22. Supplies/Consumables 23. Design and Production Services Only 24. Assembly/Installation Services Only 25. Equipment Relocation Services.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the Master Agreement(s) resulting from this RFP is anticipated to be two years with options for renewals totaling up to an additional three years upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed within the State of Arizona but is intended to benefit all state departments and eligible entities across the United States.
