Period of Performance

The initial term of the Master Agreement(s) resulting from this RFP is anticipated to be two years with options for renewals totaling up to an additional three years upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed within the State of Arizona but is intended to benefit all state departments and eligible entities across the United States.
