Background

The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultants for Consultant Demand Services on an Annual Contract for the Department of Water Resources. This initiative aims to assist Gwinnett County in implementing its capital improvement and operating programs effectively.

Work Details

Consultants are required to provide demand services across various service categories, including:

Service Category A

** Water and Water Reclamation Facilities and Pump Station Services. This involves improving, repairing, expanding, and modifying water facilities. Tasks include project scope development, construction management, surveys, subsurface investigations, and environmental compliance services.

Service Category B

** Water Line, Sewer Line and Reuse Water Line Services. This focuses on the assessment and modification of sanitary sewer collection systems and water distribution systems. It includes design services, surveys, subsurface investigations, and construction management.

Service Category C

** Watershed and Stormwater Infrastructure Services for implementing stormwater infrastructure projects. Tasks include hydraulic modeling, permitting, bid document preparation, and public outreach.

Service Category D

** Dam Services involving inspections, project evaluations, monitoring, and design support for dam maintenance and repair.

Service Category E

** Asset Management and Data Management services including asset management plans, predictive analytics support, and GIS application support.

Service Category F

** Programmatic Facility Rehabilitation Management Services that cover the execution of rehabilitation tasks at various facilities including construction management and compliance with Gwinnett County standards.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed annually with four options for renewal based on performance evaluations.

Services will be performed within Gwinnett County in Georgia.

Bidder Requirements

Consultants must not be on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list or debarred from doing business with the county. Successful bidders must meet insurance requirements as specified by the Gwinnett County Purchasing Division.
