Background

This upgrade includes a five-year software service and support plan from Philips Healthcare, which is essential for maintaining operational functionality and compatibility with current and future Windows operating systems. The DynaCAD platform is critical for radiologists at UNMH, facilitating the review, analysis, visualization, and management of breast and prostate imaging studies.

Work Details

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract is five (5) years, with an option to renew subject to applicable state laws.

Bidder Requirements

This procurement is a sole source acquisition from Philips Healthcare (Philips North America LLC), as they are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the DynaCAD platform. Only Philips-authorized personnel may install proprietary upgrades and updates.
