Texas Southern University (TSU) is seeking qualified contractors to provide classroom repair and renovation services within the Roderick R. Paige Education Building. The goal of this project is to restore the classrooms to a safe, functional, and aesthetically updated condition suitable for academic instruction.

Work Details

The project includes: 1. Pre-Construction Services: Conduct site visits, verify classroom dimensions, coordinate with TSU Facilities, and provide a detailed project schedule. 2. Demolition and Removal: Remove existing flooring materials, damaged floor substrates, ceiling tiles, and wall finishes as required. 3.
