Background The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) SPRRA2-26-R-0039 to Raytheon, a large business located in Andover, Massachusetts. The purpose of this contract is to add replenishment spares for Frequency Converters to the existing Raytheon Alpha VI Long-Term Contract (SPRBL1-25-D-0006). This initiative supports the PATRIOT Weapon System and aims to enhance Poland's fielded systems under the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC).
