Background
The Boone County Public Works Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors and contractors to provide services related to Centerline Striping for the Fiscal Year 2027. This period will commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2027. The goal of this contract is to ensure proper road markings for safety and traffic management within Boone County.
Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services: - Application of centerline striping on various roads as specified in the attached road list (Exhibit I). - Paint application rate must be a minimum of 16.5 gallons/mile with a glass bead application rate of 6 pounds/gallon. - Removal of any incorrect markings without damaging the pavement. - Compliance with the Kentucky Department of Highways Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (2025 Edition). - Traffic control and necessary signage as per the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). - All work must be completed and invoiced by June 8, 2027.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

The services will be performed throughout Boone County, Kentucky.
Bidder Requirements
