On-Call Environmental Engineering Services for Planning & Public Works

Scope of Work

Pierce County is seeking to contract with multiple qualified firms to provide on-call environmental consulting services. The work under this contract will include, but is not limited to: - Biological assessments - Wetland and stream evaluations - Geological and hydrogeomorphological studies - Wildlife surveys and support - Hazardous material assessments - Landscape architectural services - Air and noise analysis - Cultural resources support These services will support County staff in the design and permitting of projects, with the goal of avoiding, minimizing, and mitigating environmental impacts. The work will contribute to surface water management, water quality improvement, flood control, and aquatic restoration projects, all aimed at protecting, restoring, and enhancing fish and wildlife habitats, wetlands, riparian areas, and other environmentally sensitive areas.

Background
