Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA486126R0004 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for Bldg 1005 Heritage Room Renovation. The project consists of demolition, wall repair, interior painting, stainless steel wainscot installation, epoxy flooring, cabinetry installation, plumbing upgrades, LED lighting installation, and appliance installation. ***Reference the attachments for specifications, descriptions, all provisions/clauses, and additional information. a. Period of Performance: 150 Calendar Days from Date of Notice to Proceed Receipt. b. Place of Delivery: Creech AFB, NV c. Inspection and Acceptance: FOB Destination d.
