FY26 TDC - Bikes

Background

The Tiffin Developmental Center is seeking to purchase new bicycles to support its mission. This solicitation aims to acquire specific models of Worksman bicycles and associated tools, which will enhance the recreational activities available at the center.

Work Details

The contract includes the following items: 1. Three (3) Worksman Cycle Executive Tricycles (Model: EXEC-CB) - Features include: - Recreational adult tricycle with added durability. - 24 x 2.125 wheels with hand brake and single speed coaster brake. - Maximum weight capacity of 275 pounds. - Color: Orange. - Assembly required upon delivery. 2. Three (3) Worksman Cycle Side by Side Team Dual Trikes - Features include: - Overall width of 44.5 inches, maximum weight capacity of 600 pounds. - Seat height from ground: 26.75 inches, seat width: 18.5 inches, seat back height: 13.5 inches. - Color: Electric Blue. 3. One (1) Worksman Toolkit (Model: 6009.25) - A 25-piece tool kit including a mini air pump and various essential tools for bicycle maintenance.

Period of Performance

The products are expected to be delivered no later than July 15, 2026.

Place of Performance

Delivery location is Tiffin Developmental Center, 600 N. River Rd., Tiffin, OH 44883.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the Office of Budget & Management (OBM) and possess a payee/supplier ID to be considered responsible. Bids must be submitted through OhioBuys, and no alternatives to the specified models will be accepted.
