Danvers Barracks Paving Improvements

Background

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security and the Department of State Police, is issuing a contract for paving improvements at the Danvers Barracks. Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a deposit of 5% of the total bid amount in the form of a bid bond or a certified treasurer's or cashier's check made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Minimum wage rates determined by the Commissioner of the Division of Occupational Safety must be adhered to as per Sections 26 and 27, Chapter 149 of the General Laws.
