Placer County Water Agency (PCWA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Diving Services for the Middle Fork Project, which supports the Agency's power system. Contract Requirements

- The Contractor must possess valid certifications from the Association of Diving Contractors International (ADCI). - The contract will be awarded on a time-and-materials basis. - The anticipated contract term is five (5) years. - The total contract amount will not exceed $1,000,000, which may be allocated between one or multiple selected contractors at PCWA's discretion. - The contract amount is based on historical spending, but there is no guarantee that any or all funds will be expended during the contract's life, as work will be scheduled as needed.
