Replacement of Existing Heat Exchanger (Boiler)

Background

The Wilson County Government is issuing a Request for Bids (GBID-817) for the replacement of an existing heat exchanger (boiler) located at 105 East High Street, Lebanon, TN. The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation of heating systems within county buildings by replacing outdated equipment with a new system that meets current standards.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Removal and proper disposal of the existing boiler system. 2. Installation of a new Rinnai 4-rack hot water system to replace the current 8,000 BTU boiler. 3. Integration with the existing hot water storage tank. 4. Modifications to water lines, gas lines, and the venting system. The bid must cover all costs associated with equipment, labor, removal and disposal, installation, and system modifications.
