This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S77-26-Q-0004. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 dated March 13, 2026, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20251011. The 147 Attack Wing Base Contracting Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Snap-On toolkits. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332216 and the small business size standard is 750EMP. This requirement does not have a Small Business set-aside and is full and open competition. See attached documents for full details. Amendment 01 - Updated Combo clauses 52.219-6, 52.225-5, and 52.225-13 due to clerical error. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
