- Bidders must secure their bid with either a Bid Bond or a Bid Deposit. - The Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be completed on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117).

- Sealed bids must be delivered to the New York State Thruway Authority Headquarters Building at 200 Southern Boulevard, Albany, NY 12209. - Bids may be hand delivered, or sent via first class mail, USPS Express or Priority Mail, or overnight delivery service (e.g., FedEx, UPS). - Bids sent to any other address or location will not be accepted, and the Authority is not responsible for late or misdirected bids. - All sealed bids, whether in paper or electronic form, must be received by 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. - Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 11:00 A.M. on the same day.
