Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing hotel accommodations, meeting space, and food and beverage services for the following conferences: 1. A two-day hybrid conference in Houston in July 2027 with a capacity of 600-800 attendees. 2. One-day conferences in San Antonio and Horseshoe Bay in February 2027, each with a capacity of 350-600 attendees. 3. A one-day conference in Arlington in April 2027 with a capacity of 350-600 attendees. Specific requirements include: - Meeting space must be carpeted, free from obstructions, and equipped with necessary AV support. - Guestrooms must be available at or below the prevailing Government Per Diem rate. - Catering services must include coffee service, lunch options, and breaks as detailed in the solicitation.
