Background

The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is conducting a sourcing event to procure two security officers for the Southeast District Office for Fiscal Year 2027. The goal of this contract is to maintain a safe and secure workplace within the agency's facilities.

Work Details

The security officers will be responsible for various tasks including: - Unlocking the building daily - Shutting off the alarm - Managing internal and external access control - Conducting routine monitoring of the building and grounds - Accepting and inspecting packages - Screening and registering visitors while notifying appropriate staff.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed during Fiscal Year 2027, specifically from the start date of 5/12/2026 until the end date of 6/1/2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Southeast District Office of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
