Submission Instructions

- Un-priced bid proposals must be submitted electronically by 10:00 a.m. local time on June 05, 2026. - Electronic bids and/or reverse auction bids are to be submitted via www.centralauctionhouse.com. - For assistance with electronic bidding, contact Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. - After evaluation, vendors with acceptable un-priced offers will be invited to participate in the priced bidding phase. - The electronic reverse auction will take place on June 09, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. local time. - Washington County reserves the right to use anti-sniping, which automatically extends the auction by five (5) minutes if a bid is placed in the final five (5) minutes. This extension can occur multiple times until no further bids are placed in the final five minutes.
