Background

Amana Academy, a public charter school located in Alpharetta, Georgia, is seeking proposals for comprehensive cleaning services for its North Fulton Campus. Established in 2005, Amana Academy serves over 1000 students across two campuses. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and safe learning environment by procuring full school cleaning services from experienced cleaning specialists.

Work Details

The scope of work includes: 1. Daily General Classrooms & Offices: - Sweep and mop hard surfaces; - Vacuum all carpeted areas; - Sanitize high-touch surfaces; - Empty trash and recycling bins; - Clean whiteboards; - Spot clean glass on doors. 2. Restrooms (High Priority): - Scrub and disinfect toilets, urinals, and sinks; - Clean mirrors and faucets; - Restock paper towels and soap; - Mop floors with disinfectant. 3. Cafeteria & Kitchen: - Disinfect lunch tables; - Power scrub floors after lunch shifts; - Remove food waste immediately. 4. Periodic Deep Cleaning (Weekly/Monthly): - Dust high-reach areas weekly; - Buff hard floors weekly; - Deep clean windows monthly. 5. Safety & Compliance Standards: - Use eco-friendly cleaning products; - Maintain color-coded microfiber systems to prevent cross-contamination; - Keep Safety Data Sheets updated; - Ensure security protocols are followed after cleaning.

Period of Performance

The anticipated first day of service is July 20, 2026.

The services will be performed at Amana Academy's North Fulton Campus located at 285 S. Main Street, Alpharetta, Georgia.
