Background The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective/emergency repair services for Steris SPS equipment located at the Milo C. Huempfner Health Care Center (HCC) in Green Bay, WI. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of critical sterilization equipment used in healthcare services, thereby supporting the agency's mission to provide high-quality care to veterans. Work Details The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, travel, materials, and equipment necessary for preventative maintenance and corrective/emergency repair services for the Steris SPS equipment. Specific tasks include: 1. Performing scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) on various Steris equipment as listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). 2. Responding to emergency repair requests within specified timeframes (4-hour telephone response, 48-hour on-site response, and 72-hour repair completion). 3. Providing written estimates for repairs deemed outside the scope of routine maintenance. 4. Ensuring that all Field Service Engineers (FSEs) are fully qualified and authorized by the manufacturer to perform maintenance services. 5. Maintaining test equipment with current calibration certification traceable to national standards. Period of Performance The base period of performance is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with options for three additional years. Place of Performance Milo C.
