Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network 21 Contracting Office is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Renovate and Expand Chilled Water Infrastructure project at the VA Central California Healthcare System in Fresno, California. This project aims to replace undersized chilled water infrastructure to meet the facility's cooling needs during high summer temperatures.
